Introduction

Ingredients

    2 or 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1/4 cup olive oil
    2 Tbsp dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp dried or fresh rosemary

Directions

Recipe calls for 4 boneless, skinless pieces of chicken. I have used 2 and sliced them in half to make the seving smaller. I found this recipe in a dairy, nut and egg free cookbook.
