Melissa's Holiday Turkey Meatloaf

A nice moist meatloaf with great holiday flavors! I love to serve this with roasted butternut squash or baked sweet potatoes. (if you like a glaze on top your loaf you can save back some of the cranberry, bbq sauce, and mustard to mix up and spread on top before baking) A nice moist meatloaf with great holiday flavors! Ingredients

Canola Oil, 1 tbsp
Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
1 medium white onion
stove top turkey stuffing, 1 box
1 egg white
Ocean Spray Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce, 1/2 cup
1 Tbs Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
3 Tbs. BBQ Sauce
2 Tbs worcestershire
salt and pepper
Directions
Makes 6 good size portions!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Slice onion thin and cook on low in the oil till carmelized about 20 min.
Mix onions with rest of ingredients. Press into a loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray. Cook for about an hour!
