A very good fruit smoothie low in sugar A very good fruit smoothie low in sugar

Ingredients

    1 cup of frozen berries
    1 cup of frozen blueberries
    1 cup of Vanilla Yogurt
    1 cup of Orange Juice
    Take all ingredients listed here and put in blender. Blend well until smooth. Pour into 1 or two glasses and enjoy.
