Introduction

Meatballs are best when you use a little pork & veal with your beef~ lighter, too! The hidden secret is fresh grated Pecorino Romano cheese~shhh. Meatballs are best when you use a little pork & veal with your beef~ lighter, too! The hidden secret is fresh grated Pecorino Romano cheese~shhh.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb Meatloaf Mix (ground beef, pork, & veal)
    1 egg
    1/4 cup Pecorino Romano cheese
    3/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
    1/4 cup milk
    1 splash Worcestershire sauce
    add salt
    pepper
    basil
    oregano
    parsley
    to taste

Directions

Heat oven to 400

Combine all ingredients in large bowl, if too wet add more breadcrumbs, if too dry add a little more milk.
Shape into balls of your liking.
Bake in oven 10 minutes, & turn over ~
bake another 10 minutes.

Add to sauce of your liking, either home-made or store bought.
