Ingredients

    1 Cup 1% Milkfat Cottage Cheese
    2 Tablespoons Nonfat Milk
    1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
    1 Pkg. McCormick French Onion Dip Seasoning Mix

Directions

Combine Cottage Cheese, Milk and Lemon Juice in electric blender. Blend until smooth. Stir in Dip mix. Serve with fresh vegetables, chip or pretzels. Makes 16 1-Tablespoon servings.

  • I had no idea you could blend up cottage cheese.
    I used ff cottage cheese and white vinegar instead of lemo juice,and onion soup mix instead of the packet recommended. Very Good! - 9/18/07
