Five bean chili with meat

Submitted by: KIMMYSKITCHEN

Introduction

This very tasty chili has 5 different beans. I count the bushes baked beans with onions as a separate bean. This chili freezes well for a quick and easy meal for a later time. We have boys and this get eat up in 1-2 meals. This very tasty chili has 5 different beans. I count the bushes baked beans with onions as a separate bean. Directions

makes 20- 1 cup servings (extras freeze well) or make for big group.
Step 1- heat olive oil in large stock pan ( same pan you pan on cooking beans in)
Step 2- add chopped onion more if you like it to oil and cook till onion sweats.
Step 3- add all beans, tomatoes, corn and beef broth to onions. Add seasoning ( the chili seasoning I used had no calories or carbs in it)
Step 4- bring to boil than simmer on low heat to hot and bubbly- add cooked ground beef. ( I precook, rinse and freeze my ground beef in advance. If you do this just defrost your beef than add or brown beef in another pan and rinse; than add to chili.)
