IntroductionBox Barilla Lasagna Noodles Recipe + a bit of Spinach. Box Barilla Lasagna Noodles Recipe + a bit of Spinach.
1 lb. Lean meat, beef, sausage, turkey; ground cooked and drained of all fat.
4 Lasagna Noodles, cooked or Non-Cook Variety.
2 C. Pasta Sauce of choice.
3 Servings Egg Beaters.
3 Cloves Minced Garlic.
1.2 C. Grated Parmesan cheese.
3 Slice of Low Fat Havarti cheese over the top, prior to baking.
1/4 or more if desired, Thawed; drained Spinach Leaves.
16 oz. Shredded Mozzarella.
Meanwhile, take 3/4 c. of Sauce and spread over Baking dish after applying small amount of Oil or PAM to prevent sticking. Place 1 st Layer of noodles, slightly overlapping over the sauce. Place 1/2 of the Ricotta Mixture-
Eggs, Mozzarella, and Ricotta blended well. Over the Noodles. Place 1/2 the Sauce, Meat mixture evenly over this and repeat until last noodles are remaining. Spread small amount of Sauce, the Havarti Cheese Sprinkled evenly over the entire ingredients and additional Parmesan or Provolone if desired.
Place into a Preheated Oven at 375 degrees for 30 minutes, with Aluminum Foil (face side down, sprayed with Pam or Oil to prevent sticking; again); seal the ingredients with the Foil and cook. When 30 minutes are up, remove the Foil and cook an additional 10 minutes until bubbling; and Cheese is melted and slightly browned. Remove from the Oven and let cool for 10 minutes for easier serving of slices without as much mess of presentation appearance.
