I changed the sesame seeds from cup till 1/4 cup so now it is OK!

Ingredients

    Apples, fresh, 1 medium
    *Sesame Seeds, 1/4 cup

Directions

Take the pulp out of the apple
Put the sesamee seeds in the middle
and place on baking paper in the oven
Heat it for 12 minutes
May be served with yoghurt
