Green Goddess Dressing

    1/2 cup packed parsley leaves
    1 anchovy filet or 1 tsp anchovy paste
    1 scallion, chopped
    1 small garlic clove
    1/4 cup Kraft Mayo with Olive OIl
    1/4 cup non fat Greek style plain yogurt
    1 tbsp white wine vinegar
    salt and pepper


In a food processor or blender, pulse parsley, anchovy, scallion, and garlic until parsley and scallion are finely chopped. Add mayonnaise, yogurt, and vinegar. Pulse until combined. Season with Salt and pepper.

Can be stored up to 5 days.
