Ingredients

1 lb chicken breast (no skin or bone)
I can fat free refried beans
1/2 salsa
1/2 c chopped onion
1 T olive oil
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
4 flour tortillas
Cumin and pepper flakes to taste
Directions
Saute onion in olive oil. Add chicken, cook until no longer pink. Season with Cumin and Pepper Flakes if desired. Add refried beans and salsa. Cook until warm.
In a greased round casserole dish, layer tortilla, 1/4 of chicken mixture and 1/4 of the cheese. Repeat until four layers are completed.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
