flour 2 cups
baking powder 4 tsp
granulated sugar 3 tbsp
1 large egg
non fat milk 1.5 cups
apple sauce .33 cup
blueberrys 1.5 cups
dash of cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
Beat egg. And milk and applesauce.
Add egg mixture to flour mixture. Stir until just mixed, leaving batter slightly lumpy.
Fold in blueberrys
Pour batter onto heated, ungreased non-stick pan.
.25 cup at a time
Cook pancakes until edges are bubbled. Turn pancakes and brown the other side.
