Christmas Morning Casserole

Introduction

This can be prepared the night before, set in fridge, then baked in the morning. This can be prepared the night before, set in fridge, then baked in the morning.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    3 cups frozen hash browns
    12 pork sausage links
    1 large onion, grated course
    1 cup grated cheddar cheese
    8 large eggs
    2 cups milk
    1 teaspoon dry mustard
    1 teaspoon grated peppecorns
    1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Brown sausage with onion, then drain.
Butter 9"x13" casserole pan.

Layer in potatoes (sprinkle with a little extra salt), sausage, and cheese. (Cheese will rise to top while baking.)

Mix all other ingredients and pour on top.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until lightly brown.
