3 Cups Turkey (pre-cooked)
2 14 oz. bags Albertson's Stir Fry Vegetable Blend Vegetables
4 Servings (1 Cup) Low Sodium Stir Fry Sauce Recipe
Add turkey and frozen vegetables to skillet (I didn't use any oil or butter, etc.)
Stir fry for 15-20 minutes until vegetables are cooked to desired tenderness.
Add Stir fry sauce.
Serve over brown rice.
Makes 5 - 1.5 cup servings.
