Turkey Stir Fry

Introduction

Another use for that leftover thanksgiving turkey! Low in sodium and delicious! Another use for that leftover thanksgiving turkey! Low in sodium and delicious!
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    3 Cups Turkey (pre-cooked)
    2 14 oz. bags Albertson's Stir Fry Vegetable Blend Vegetables
    4 Servings (1 Cup) Low Sodium Stir Fry Sauce Recipe

Directions

Make Low Sodium Stir Fry Sauce Recipe prior to cooking stir fry.
Add turkey and frozen vegetables to skillet (I didn't use any oil or butter, etc.)
Stir fry for 15-20 minutes until vegetables are cooked to desired tenderness.
Add Stir fry sauce.
Serve over brown rice.
Makes 5 - 1.5 cup servings.
