Nanny's Chicken Salad

Introduction

Chicken Salad with Fruit Chicken Salad with Fruit
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    1 Chicken (boiled and deboned)
    1 large apple
    1/3 cup pecans
    2 cups grapes
    6 TBSP Kraft Miracle Whip Light (adjust to taste)

    Chop first 3 ingredients. Halve pecans. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate.
    Makes approximately 15 sandwiches.

    Serving Idea:
    Place one large lettuce leaf on a plate. Cut a tomato in wedges (try an apple corer) and arrange on top of leaf. Fill with chicken salad for an elegant and delicious presentation.
