Peanut Butter Oats cereal

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2/3 c. water
    10 g chia seeds
    10 g oat bran
    15 g oatmeal
    80 g 1% Cottage cheese
    70 g banana, sliced
    2 tsp. creamy peanut butter
    1 T. Trader Joe's peanut flour
    pinch salt
    sweetener of choice (not included in nutrition data) I used sugar free pancake syrup.

Directions

Combine water, chia, oats, oat bran, cottage cheese and banana. Microwave for about 3 min or until all cottage cheese is melted in, stirring once or twice. Allow to sit in microwave for 10 to 15 minutes so the chia can fully hydrate. Heat a bit more if necessary. Stir in peanut flour being careful to break up lumps. Add salt and sweetener to taste.
