Low Sodium Venison Chili

Ingredients

    Venison, ground, 1 lb
    No salt added diced tomatoes, 3 cups(2 cans)
    Low Sodium kidney beans, 2 cans
    Low Sodium black beans, 1 can
    Ms Dash, 1 tsp
    Low Sodium Chili Mix, 1 pkg
    Water, 1 cup, Chili powder 1 tbsp, optional

Directions

Makes 8 one cup servings
Brown venison and onion (optional). Add add chili mix , Ms Dash, and water. Add tomatoes and beans. Mix well. Add extra chili powder to taste if desired. Simmer 20-30 minutes. Serve with cheese and crackers if desired.
