Oatmeal Flax Blueberry Porridge

Ingredients

.35 c. old-fashioned oatmeal
10 g. Jay Robb vanilla whey powder protein
2 T. flax seed meal
heaping .25 t. ground cinnamon
1 c. plain soy milk
.5 c. frozen blueberries
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients in a large serving bowl. Add milk and stir. Microwave on high for 2.5 min. Stir. Microwave on 20% power for 2 min. Stir. Microwave on 20% power for 2 min. Stir and add frozen blueberries. Let sit for a couple of minutes until blueberries thaw and porridge is no longer too hot. Add more milk if it is too thick and sweetener if you like it sweeter.
