Deelish! One pita pizza will just about fill you up!
I like to add chopped up turkey or chicken, mostly just a slice or two of lunch meat because its easiest.

Ingredients

    1 Pita
    1/4 - 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes (to your liking, I like a lot of tomatoes)
    1/4 cup of shredded Mozzarella (part skim)

Directions

Spread the tomatoes on the pita, add cheese (and other additional ingredients you like), and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
