Peanut Butter Oat cereal (reduced fat)

Introduction

Ingredients

    2/3 c. water
    10 g chia seeds
    10 g oat bran
    15 g rolled oats
    80 g 1% cottage cheese
    pinch salt
    2 T. Trader Joe's peanut flour
    80 g banana, sliced
    1 T. 2% milk

Directions

Combine all ingredients and cook in microwave 3 min, stopping once or twice to stir. Let sit 10-15 minutes to allow the chia to hydrate. Microwave another minute. Add more liquid for a thinner consistency. Add sweeter (not included in nutrition) to taste.
