IntroductionNSA, low carb, low GI NSA, low carb, low GI
1 cup natural peanut butter
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup all fruit jam preserves
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup steviva blend
Combine all ingredients except the jam. Form into 24 balls and squish down in the centre with thumb. Place 1/2 tsp of jam into each "thumbprint".
Bake for 10-14 minutes.
Makes 24 cookies
