Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1 can
Beans, black, 1/2 can
Canola Oil, 2 tbsp
Lemon juice, 2 tbsp
Nakano Rice Vinegar, 1 tbsp
Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 Italian tomato
Dill weed, dried, 1 tsp
Put beans and veggies in a storage container. Add remaining ingredients. Put lid on container & shake well to coat. Let sit in refrigerator overnight for flavors to meld. Enjoy!
