Introduction

Ingredients

    Campbell's Vegetable Broth 2 cup
    Celery, raw, .1/2 cup, grated
    Onions, raw, 1 small grated
    Carrots, raw, 3 medium grated
    Garlic, 3 cloves minced
    Carnation Fat-Free Evaporated Skim Milk 1 can 370 ml


    Vegetables Artic Gardens California Style, 2 cup

    Campbell's Vegetable Broth 1/2 cup
    Corn starch 3 tbsp
    Salt, to taste
    Pepper, black to taste
    Parsley, dried, 1 tsp

Directions

In a large pan bring the 1st 6 ingedients to a boil, add the veggies simmer until tender.

Mix cornstarch and 1/2 cup vegetable broth. Add to the veggie mixture season to taste.
