Cherry Pistachio Granola

Ingredients

300 grams jumbo oats
100 grams dry skim milk
50 grams ground flax seeds
50 grams chopped almonds
50 grams chopped walnuts
50 grams chopped pistachios
50 grams shredded coconut
100 grams unsweetened apple sauce
80 grams grade b maple syrup
20 grabs coconut sugar
14 grams walnut oil
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp pistachio extract
1 tsp almond extract
1/2 tsp salt
80 grams dried cherries
80 grams green raisins
Directions
Preheat the oven to 325°F. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the granola using two large spoons. To create clusters, use your hands to squeeze the mixture together.
Spread the granola mix onto the prepared sheet pan in one layer. Toast in the oven at 325°F for 25 minutes until the granola is crisp and brown. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan.
Mix in the dried fruits. Store in airtight jars for up to two weeks.
Makes 22 servings of 40 grams.
