Introduction

A fast go-to meal that's healthy and hearty and sure to please everyone. Makes 9 generous servings...1.5 cups each!

This recipe uses low-sodium canned beans for convenience when you don't have time to soak them yourself, and frozen Boca Burger Crumbles. It's ready in 15 minutes, flat, but like all Chili, tastes better the longer it cooks.

Ingredients

    2 cans Bush's Reduced Sodium Dark Red Kidney Beans, drained
    1 can Bush's Reduced Sodium Garbanzo Beans, drained
    1 can Bush's Reduced Sodium Black Beans, with juice
    2 cans diced tomatoes, with juice
    1 bag Boca Ground Burger Crumbles
    1 pkg Williams no-salt Original Chili Seasoning

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a large heavy stock pot and simmer on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until heated through.

Serves 9 generous 1.5 cup servings.
