I use this homemade blend to make everything from biscuits to pancakes to cookies to apple brown betty. Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 cup Fiber One Original Cereal or All Bran Original Cereal
    1/2 cup Steel Cut Oats

Directions

Place the cereal and oatmeal in a blender and pulse until it is all crumbs and fully incorporated into each other.

This makes about 1 cup of the baking mix. Use as a substitute for flour in your favorite recipes.
