Chocolate Banana Omega3 Smoothies

Introduction

Easy to make and add Vitamins & Omega3's to your diet and did I mention it is DELICIOUS!! I usually buy a ton of bananas at the store and then chop them and freeze them in freezer bags to have them on hand for smoothies so I don't need ice cream or frozen yogurt to make them thick! Ingredients

    4 Bananas chopped and frozen
    4 Cups 1% Milk
    3/4 Cup Carnation Instant Breakfast Chocolate -No Sugar Added
    2 Scoops Omega3 Chia

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a Blender! Makes 8- 1 Cup Servings!
