Introduction

This is just a simple chicken salad with a kick of flavor, when you are tired of using mayo. You can easily add chopped celery or onion for some added flavor and crunch! Super easy! This is just a simple chicken salad with a kick of flavor, when you are tired of using mayo. You can easily add chopped celery or onion for some added flavor and crunch! Super easy!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1- can of chicken breast packed in water (about 12oz)
    2-tbsp. of Trader Joe's Goddess dressing
    1-tbsp. of sweet relish

    *chopped celery, pepper or onion optional-just add into the calorie counter

Directions

Open 1 can of chicken breast and drain water. Put the drained chicken into a small mixing bowl. Add 2tbsp. of Goddess dressing, next add 1tbsp. of sweet relish. *add finely chopped celery, onion or pepper at this time if desired* Next mix together with a fork until chicken is shredded. Can be served over lettuce or your choice of wrap/bread. Enjoy!
