Pork Chops and Fried Cabbage (Phase 1)

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 sirloin or very lean chops
    1 head of cabbage chopped
    1 cup whole mushrooms quartered
    1 large onion chopped
    whostershire sauce to taste
    salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and crushed red pepper to taste

Directions

Brown chops in small amount of olive oil, (add additional seasoning if wanted) once browned, place cabbage,onions and mushrooms on top of pork chops. Cover ingredients with about 1/2 C.
water and place lid on pan. Cook on low heat about 35 min.
