Introduction

Amazingly tasty and hearty soup that will fill you up quickly Amazingly tasty and hearty soup that will fill you up quickly
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 or 2 cans of tomatoes (diced or whole)
    3 large green onions
    1 large can of fat-free beef broth
    1 pkg. Lipton chicken noodle soup Mix
    1 bunch celery
    2 cans green beans [or fresh]
    2 green bell peppers (or colored)
    2 lbs. carrots
    4-5 mushrooms (sliced thin)
    Curry, salt, pepper, chili pepper (to taste)

Directions

Cut veggies in small to medium pieces. Add water to cover.
Add necessary vegetables and seasonings as desired and cover with water.
Bring to rapid boil - cook for 10 minutes, then reduce heat and simmer until veggies are tender - an hour or two.

Makes a HUGE pot of soup - roughly 12-15 servings... but it will go quick because it is so yummy!
