I used Publix mild sausage. It's ingredients: Pork, 2% or less of following: salt, spices, dextrose, sugar, flavorings.

Ingredients

Roll pork sausage (12oz), least ingredients possible
Dozen eggs
Half a bag (1 cup) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
One cup heavy whipping cream
Optional: veggies such as peppers, onions, mushrooms
Directions
Get one of foil pans, spray well, pre-heat oven to 325.
Cook sausage, and saute veggies (optional).
Mix milk with eggs, whisk with a fork a little.
Add cheese and sausage and optional veggies.
Bake at 325 for 30 minutes, or until set.
