Balsamic Infused Cabbage

Ingredients

    Salt, pepper, Rosemary... Ginger.... whatever you want

Directions

Blanch the greens for about 5 minutes in Boiling water, then put them immediately into cold water. Preserve the water for vegetable stock.
Boil/Reduce the balsamic - use like a fourth of a cup and reduce to like 3 tbs... simmer with the garlic, ginger and rosemary until golden. Add the blanced foods and heat them back up... serve warm :)
