Ingredients

* Land O Lakes, Salted Whipped Light Butter, .5 Tbsp, .5 serving
* *Apple Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp
* Corn Starch, 1/2 tablespoon
* *Apricot preserve-Smuckers-Low sugar, 4 tbsp
* *Soup, LIPTON, RECIPE SECRETS ONION, Mix, Dry, 1/2 Tablespoon
* *Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 8 oz
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Melt butter. set aside. combine vinegar and cornstarch in bowl stir until cornstarch dissolves. add preserves, soup mix melted butter. Place chicken in a large resealable plastic bag. removing as much air as possible. pound the chicken with a mallet until it is uniform thickness. Add the chicken to the preserve mixture and stir to coat completely. Lay a large piece of heavy foil on a baking sheet and spray with nonstick spray. Lay chicken flat in the center and then securely fold the foil around the chicken mixture in a packet. Bake for 25 minutes. Makes two servings.
