Kate's Turkey Chili

Introduction

This is a BIG recipe! Plenty for leftovers or a gameday event. This chili can even be frozen for later meals!! This is a BIG recipe! Plenty for leftovers or a gameday event. This chili can even be frozen for later meals!!
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    2 lb 85/15 ground turkey
    2 30 oz cans hot/mild chili beans
    1 can tomato paste
    1 medium onion-diced
    2 cans diced tomatoes
    Garlic Powder
    Onion Powder
    White Pepper
    Chili Powder
    Salt
    Oregano
    Cumin
    Cayenne Pepper

Directions

In a skillet, combine ground turkey and onion, cook completely. In a stock pot, combine all other ingredients. Once beef is finished, add to the mix in the stock pot. Add chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, salt, cumin and cayenne pepper to taste. Let simmer about 20 minutes.

Makes 16 servings.
