1lb Barilla Cellentani Pasta
2 tsp olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 pkg. Sliced Portabella Mushrooms
1 tbsp cornstarch
1.5 cups 2% Milk
.5 cup Parmesan Cheese
salt & pepper to taste
1 (10oz) pkg frozen peas
8oz chopped ham
2. Cook mushrooms and onions in olive oil till browned
3. In 2 cup measuring cup whisk cornstarch into milk. Add to same skillet, whisking frequently. Boil 1 min, Remove from heat. Mix in parmesan, salt and pepper.
4. Cook peas in microwave for 5 mins in microwave add to sauce mixture will cooked ham and pasta. Toss to coat.
