Ingredients

2 lbs roast beef
3-4 medium size potatoes
30 baby carrots
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cups frozen green beans
3 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. Peppered Season-All (mccormick brand)
1/2 cup water
Tips
Freezer option: Cut meat into small pieces and stir together with vegetables. Divide into equal portions (about 7) and freeze for lunches.
You can use the leftovers to make beef stew by adding tomato soup and some water.
Directions
Cut each potato into about 6 pieces each. Layer the bottom of a regular-size crock pot with the potatoes.
Place baby carrots as the next layer in the crock pot, and then add the onions. Add 1/2 cup water. Add sea salt to taste.
Place roast on top of root vegetables. Pour worcestershire sauce over meat. Sprinkle Peppered season-all over the roast. Put green beans on top.
cover and cook on low in the crock pot for 8 hours.
