Introduction

Ingredients

    Pistachio Nuts, .25 cup
    Almonds, .25 cup, whole
    Walnuts, .25 cup, chopped
    *Quaker Oats 100% Natural Whole Grain oatmeal, 0.75 cup
    *Oat Meal Steel Cut Bobs Red Mill brand, 28 gram(s)
    *Peaches, canned, extra light syrup, 1 cup, halves or slices
    Coconut, raw, .5 cup, shredded (unsweetened)
    Salt, 1 dash

Directions

Place 1/2 a can of peaches and all natural peach juice in a blender, blend up, cut remaining peaches into small pieces and place all in a sauce pan on medium high. Cook down till juice starts to thicken to a syrupy consistency, then turn off the heat and set aside. as it cools it will thicken a bit more.

Mix together dry ingredients then add peaches and syrup to dry mixture. Spread on a cookie sheet, and bake at 250 degrees for 10 minutes. Stir, then bake at 250 for 10 more minutes. Remove and allow to cool. Serve plain or on yogurt or ice cream.
