Cranberry Crisp

Cranberry Crisp

Number of Servings: 15


    6 cups whole cranberries, picked over
    2 tsp vanilla
    1 cup flour
    1 cup brown sugar, packed
    2/3 cup oats
    2 tsp cinnamon
    4 T unsalted butter


Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Rinse and drain cranberries. Place into baking dish and sprinkle vanilla over the berries.

Combine the dry ingredients and cut in the butter until it has some small crumbs. (This recipe has less butter than a traditional crisp. If you wish a more "crispy" recipe, increase the butter by 2T.)

Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is lightly browned.
