Number of Servings: 28

Ingredients

    * Yellow Cornmeal, 1 cup
    * *Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup
    * Salt, .5 tsp
    * Baking Powder, 3 tsp
    * Baking Soda, .5 tsp
    * Egg, fresh, 2 large
    * *Splenda, 2 tsp
    * Mayonnaise - PC Blue Menu, 6 tsp
    * Chili powder, 1 tsp

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Mix dry ingredients together.
3. In separate bowl, beat eggs and combine with other wet ingredients.
4. Mix two bowls together.
5. Pour into greased pan (I like to use a cookie sheet so I get lots of thin pieces).
6. Bake until golden brown around the edges and the middle bounces back when pressed (about 12 minutes in the cookie sheet, longer in a deeper pan).

Makes 28 squares in a cookie sheet (37 Calories)
