Balsamic pork chops

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    3 4oz pork loin chops (about 3/4 inch thick)
    3 tablespoons four
    1 tsp fresh rosemary
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
    3 tablespoons olive oil
    1 tablespoon butter
    1/2 can chicken broth
    1 clove garlic, diced

Directions

Serves 3
Mix flour, rosemary, salt and pepper. Dredge pork loins in it. Melt butter and mix with olive oil in a medium skillet on medium high heat. Add diced garlic and saute for 1 minute. Place pork loin in skillet and cook on medium high, approximately 4 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Remove and place on a plate. Add broth and balsamic vinegar to the skillet and cook until reduced by half. (about 6 minutes). Return the loin chops to the skillet and cook an additional 5 minutes or until done. Serve with a quick wild rice.
