1 can refridgerated pillsbury Italian bread dough
1/4 cup sun-dried tomato pesto
15 slices turkey pepperoni
1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Unroll dough onto a work surface; lightly coat with cooking spray.
Spoon pesto onto dough, spreading evenly over dough. Place pepperoni slices evenly over dough, and sprinkle with cheese. Starting at the long edge, roll up dough, jelly-roll fashion; pinch seam to seal. Using a serrated knife, cut roll evenly into 13 slices. Place slices, cut sides down on baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Yield: 13 pinwheels (serving size 1 pinwheel)
