IntroductionI used leftover smoked pork, shredded. Any pork will be fine. I used leftover smoked pork, shredded. Any pork will be fine.
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic
16 oz chopped green chiles
32 oz chicken broth
2 cups shredded pork
2 Tbsp cumin
2 handfuls frozen corn kernels
Serve with baked corn chips and cheese of choice. (I used shredded sharp cheddar)
