Easy & Healthy Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients

    chicken
    bag of ready to eat broccoli & cauliflower
    zucchini
    sesame oil
    teryaki sauce

Directions

Cut up chicken into bite size pieces. Put one tablespoon sesame oil into wok or frying pan. Add chicken to oil and cook over medium-high heat. When chicken is about cooked through, add veggies. Put lid on wok and allow steam to fully cook veggies and meat. Add your favorite brand of teryaki sauce, I love Soy Vay. Serve over rice or Asian noodles.
