1 cup silk light no sugar added soymilk
2 tsp peanut butter
2 scoops max muscle "max lean" vanilla protein powder
6-7 ice cubes
couple drops peanut butter extract/flavoring
i portion out and put in freezer for a little while.. my healthy version of ice cream. top with some fat free whipped topping! mmm
