My version of oatmeal has a creamy texture, only has natural sugars for flavour, and is quite filling.

Ingredients

    Soak overnight in the fridge in a large microwave-usable bowl:
    1 cup of traditional rolled oats, raw
    1 cup of skim milk
    1.75 cups of water
    A large sliced banana
    A sprinkling of grounded nutmeg




Directions

To cook, use a microwave at 650watts for approx 15 minutes
