Ingredients

1 Cube butter (8 tbsp) Butter (I used Nucoa margarine)
1/2 Cup creamy peanut butter (Adam's Natural)
1/2 Cup milk (1%)
2 Cup granulated sugar
3 Cup quick oats
12 oz (1 pack) semi-sweet chocolate morsels
Directions
Place chocolate chips and quick oats in a 9x13 pan. Set aside.
In sauce pan combine margarine (butter), peanut butter, sugar and milk. Heat to medium and stir until all is melted together.
Poor melted ingredients over chocolate and oats. Stir until it's mixed up and looks like fudge. Smooth top and allow to cool.
When cool (I usually let it sit overnight) cut into 1x2 blocks. 1x1 blocks are also good since it's a very rich dessert.
