Introduction

I LOVE this!! I use it for my salads or for a marinade for chicken or fish. You and incress any of the ingredients to fit your tastes. I LOVE this!! I use it for my salads or for a marinade for chicken or fish. You and incress any of the ingredients to fit your tastes.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Tb Dijion Mustard
    2 Tbl Olive oil
    Minced Garlic to taste (I used 1/2 tbl)
    3 tsp Honey
    2 tbl Balsamic Vinager

Directions

Wisk together ingredients in order listed. (olive oil blends well when mixed with mustard first. You don't need a lot, the flavor goes along way.

Makes 8 one tbl servings.
