Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 large chicken breasts (frozen)
    2 cups of chopped carrots
    2 chopped parsnipa
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 medium sweet potato, chopped
    3 cloves of minced garlic
    2 cans of Fat Free Low Sodium chicken broth
    1 cup of non-fat milk
    1/3 cup of flour
    2 Tbsp All-purpose Poultry Seasoning
    1 Tbsp Basil
    1 Tbsp Sage
    1 Tbsp Thyme
    1 tsp Celery salt
    1 Tbsp Black Pepper

Directions

Place frozen chicken in crock pot and top with vegetables. Add spices and flour, then top with the liquids.

Cook in a crock pot on low heat for 8 hours. Stir to break up chicken before serving.

Makes 6 bowl-sized servings.
