Ingredients

    Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz) (remove)
    Uncle Ben's Long Grain & Wild Rice, 3 cup (remove)
    Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1.6 package (10 oz) (remove)
    Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded (remove)
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 24 ounces (remove)
    Paprika

Directions

Mix all ingredients. Place chicken on rice mixture. Bake 375 for 1 hour or until chicken is cooked through.

    Version I use instructions:
    1) Stir soup, water, rice & seasoning pkt, vegies & C. cheese in shallow baking dish. Top w/chicken & sprinkle w/paprika. Cover.
    2) Bake @ 375 1 hr or until chicken cooked & rice tender. Uncover & sprinkle w/remaining cheese. - 2/17/15
