1 pound Cube Steak cut into bite size pieces
1 head bok choy
6 teaspoons canola oil
1 cup stir fry sauce ( see below)
Stir fry sauce
8 tsp corn starch
4 tsp lite soy sauce
1 tsp ground ginger
4 tbsp cooking sherry
Mix all sauce ingredients together in a small bowl until dissolved. Set aside. Make sure to mix again before adding to skillet.
Heat large skillet with 2 tsp oil until HOT. Add chopped stems cooking uncovered stirring constantly about 1 to 2 minutes.
Add 1/4 c water cover and cook additional 2 minutes. Add leaves and cook another 2 minutes. Remove bok choy from skillet.
Pour remaining oil into skillet and heat. Add meat and brown, stirring occasionally.
Stir in sauce and bok choy and stir until think.
