1 small whole wheat pita
2 slices low fat chedder/colby cheese
3 small to medium mushrooms, sliced
1 tbs. Fat free ranch dressing
2 pieces turkey bacon
2. Inside pocket of each half place 1/2 tbs. of theranch dressing, 1 slice of cheese, 1 slice of bacon and half of the mushroom slices.
3. Toast pita and contents in toaster oven, grill, or in a skillet until pita is toasty and cheese has melted.
